1998 Ford Explorer Engine Problems?

I just bought a 1998 ford explorer 4.0 engine. It ran rough, i knew the o2 sensors were bad and after my own check the TPS sensor was also bad and replaced it, neither sent a error code and the check engine light was never on. Now it wont start, it's got spark fires on ether and dies. Gas is pumping and got good pressure at the test port. With the key on i get power to both wires of each injector, is this right??? Is the PCM bad or is it something else i am not thinking of?? I pulled the plugs they look great, but no sign of gas at all, gas is there the injectors i believe are not working! Please help. Thanks
