Funding for private college? OSAP will not cover!?

Hi :) I'd like to attend Bonnie Gordon College of Confectionary Arts however the tuition and books and tools come out to $17,000! I was going to apply to OSAP, however they do not cover this college and I'm not sure why. My mother went to a private massage therapy college and they covered it for her.... Anyway, any other means of funding you can think of? Thank you!!
