What ps3 game has the most replay value/?

when i talk replay value, i dont mean playing online or trying to get all the trophies. im talking real single player replay value. a long story line. i already own red dead redemption, just casue 2, gta 4, and saints row 2. these games are good, but get boring once your off the storyline. i want a game thats simliar to these (free roam tps, lots of guns, cars, etc) but with real replay value. it seems now developers crap out a game and just throw in some multilplayer so they dont have to work as nearly as hard. but i hate playing online.(cause i suck) seems like the last game i played with any replay value what so ever was fricken gta 3. (still the best gta, gta 4 should have been a remake of it)
