Citizens Advice lodges super complaint against cold call debt firms - should cold calling be banned?

Nice one, dave g. Every time I see he Wonga ads. I cringe, whilst looking down at their extremely small '1737% APR'. Remember when they first arrived, with smiley smiley 'punters' with odd 'Estuary English' accents - which confuse me a little, as most of these adverts in time past had northern accents. Not too sure what Wonga would do if one of their punters were behind a bit - but suspect the 1737% APR is the only fear they need.
