Do girls do this on purpose at the gym?

I am on my machine doing my thing, and there are like 10 machines in front of me of the same thing for example bicycles, treadmills, elliptical machine are all lined up of about 10 in a row. A girl is walking around looking at what machine she wants to get on, all the machines in front of me are open, but she gets on the one that is perfectly lined up with mine so I have a perfect view of her butt. Is she doing this cuz she wants me to see her butt? I have notice a lot of the times a chick will bend down to tie her shoe also right before she get on the machine, and she will give me a quick glance as if to say hey babe look at me you like what you see. Do they do this on purpose or am I just really perverted and they just wanna work out?
