My girlfriend is El Salvador she is under TPS that I believe ends in 03/09/12 How can she become a resident.?
If we get married what happens to her Temporary Protection Status? She works here under tps status. If we get married what will happen? Does she need to fill out residency paperwork? Any advice will be appreciated.
