Why is my car shaking and bumpy?

I noticed the other day that my car is a little shaky and bumpy and then my tire pressure light came on. I went to the tire shop and they said my tire had the right amount of air in it and that it doesn't need balancing. They told me I should take it to the dealer to have them reset the TPS light. What could be the reason why my car shaky and driving bumpy?
