What is the best quality TV available right now besides a LED?

A 32 inch 1080p is a waste of money. At that size, 720p is more than sufficient. The best quality would be plasma, with a very wide viewing angle, and no problems with blur on fast movement. Otherwise, get a good LCD with a refresh rate of 120 hz. or more to reduce the lag on fast action. Like Samsung or LG or Panasonic..
