Need a dakota mopar master mechanic?

i have a 96 dakota 2wd ive been replacing sensors like crazy all except map and intake temp sensor just cant get it to run right tps keeps reading 12 percent at idle and o2 reads 1.00 volts i havent checked voltages yet at the throttle body just wondering is it possible that the powertrain sector of my computer could be junk or should i just replace the last 2 sensors and see what it does i am at my whits end its running really rough and eating me out of house and home
