Hi I have a 89 camaro 305 tpi 5speed I set the tps to .54 volts and I set the timing and I forgot to hoke?

The est wire and I tried to start the car and it wouldn't start so I turned the distributor and I advance it I got it to start but now it idles no lower than 825rpm and the tps is at .33volt I don't know what happened I had it set at 725rpm idle and tps .54volts help
