Having problems with a 1997 Ranger?

My Ranger is a 5 speed manual and keeps getting a code for a misfire #2 cylinder. It stalls on decel when pulling up to a light or stop sign. The condition is worse when cold. It has new plugs, wires, coils, timing belt, TPS, IAC, both emission control solenoids and all new vacuum lines. Fuel pressure has been checked and good. Fuel regulator is good. But each time the code is cleared it returns within 50n miles. Any suggestions??
