Engine cranks and cranks. Spark and fuel are there?

I replaced the TPS sensor. Tested the battery. It has 12+ volts with the ignition off. Verified fuel is getting to the motor. Did a spark test on number 1 cylinder to confirm spark. What do I do from here?
