Does he like me.. and what do I do ?

so I'm in grade 7 and there's this guy at my bus stop who's in grade 8 and he's good looking.. I live across from the bus stop and before I walk out my door he always glances back to my house but as soon as I walk out he pretends to text on his phone.. then when I'm at the stop with my head down on my ipod, through the corner of my eye I can see him looking at me, but as soon as I look up he pretends to look away.. does he like me ? He's in the popular group and he comes from a nice family.. he's a nice guy and outgoing but for some reason he's never ever talked to me and keeps his distance but he always looks at me.. could this mean he likes me ? if so, what do I do ? how do I talk to him without making it akward on like facebook or something ??
