2002 toyota camry xle stalling?

Have an 02 camry xle 3.0 v6. installed a new 02 sensor today, faulty heater circuit. Disconnected the negative cable to clear the hard code set in the computer. Reconnected the negative cable and now the car will not idle. If I feather the throttle the car is fine and it drives fine otherwise but will instantly die if the car stops and idles. Having the A/C on fixes the problem as long as the compressor is running and there is a load on the engine. If you turn the A/C off, again the engine dies. Any thoughts? Also if I unplug the TPS, the car will idle fine though I get a check engine light and a VSC and Trac Off light. Plug the connector back in and the car dies but the lights go away. No engine lights on what so ever.
