1985 toyota pickup 22re-black smoke 1/4 throttle?

hello-i can drive mixture lean and rich,so i think computer okay,oxygen sensor is reading correctly but not cross counting,tps good, ect good, maf tests good did swap out with 2 other units no change. cold start injector not leaking-very very rich at 1/4 throttle any ideas
